Target group
This course is designed for school principals and deputy principals, educational managers and coordinators, ICT and inclusion coordinators, teachers with leadership or digital development responsibilities, and policymakers or stakeholders involved in school innovation and digital transformation.
Course objective
This course equips school leaders with the knowledge, strategies, and practical tools needed to lead successful digital transformation while ensuring inclusive and equitable education. Participants will explore innovative leadership approaches, digital school management, accessible learning environments, and institutional strategies that promote collaboration, innovation, and sustainable school development.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Lead digital transformation processes in schools while ensuring inclusive and equitable education;
- Apply leadership strategies to integrate digital tools, inclusive pedagogies, and innovative management approaches;
