Target group
This course is designed for Erasmus+ coordinators, adult educators, NGO managers, project officers, and team leaders who want to turn mobility experiences into lasting organisational change and impact.
Course objective
This course supports educational organisations in transforming Erasmus+ mobility experiences into long-term institutional development. Participants will learn how to transfer learning outcomes into everyday practice, engage colleagues, measure organisational impact, and create sustainable, realistic action plans that maximise the value of European projects.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Turn mobility learning into organisational change;
- Build internal transfer plans;
- Define impact indicators;
- Involve the whole team;
- Improve Erasmus+ sustainability.

Day 1
What Impact Means in Erasmus+
• Discussion of output versus impact.
• Reflection on successful and unsuccessful mobility experiences.
• Mapping of short-, medium-, and long-term effects.
Day 2
Transfer and Dissemination
• Brainstorming ways to share learning after mobility.
• Small-group planning for internal dissemination.
• Example review of transfer tools and templates.
Day 3
Team Engagement and Ownership
• Exercise on involving colleagues not present in mobility.
• Stakeholder mapping activity.
• Action discussion on how to create shared responsibility.
Day 4
Indicators, Evidence, and Evaluation
• Identifying simple indicators of change.
• Practice designing a basic monitoring tool.
• Group review of evidence collection methods.
Day 5
Action Planning and Impact Roadmap
• Building a real organisational impact roadmap.
• Peer feedback on plans.
• Final reflection and next-step commitments.
