Target group
This course is designed for educators, school leaders, youth workers, and other professionals working with teenagers who want to nurture leadership qualities and confidence in young people.
Course objective
This course is designed to empower educators to foster leadership qualities in teenagers by developing self-awareness, building character, and creating supportive classroom environments. Participants will gain practical skills to inspire and guide young people towards becoming confident, responsible, and self-motivated leaders.

• Case study: The story of LEGO

Character Building
• The importance of character in leadership
• Addressing attitude, bullying, and forgiveness
• Exercises on improving attitude and responding to bullying
• Practical exercise on forgiveness
Day 4
Prioritization, Creativity, and the Importance of Today
• Techniques for prioritizing and making impactful choices
• Exploring creativity and its everyday applications
• Challenging prejudices about success
• Exercise: “How to make today matter”
Day 5
Good Practices of Dedication
• The concept of giving and its importance in leadership
• Volunteering as a form of leadership; leadership games for teenagers
