Target group
This course is designed for teachers, trainers, youth workers, and multipliers in schools, adult education, youth education, NGOs, and companies, especially those working with learners with special educational needs who benefit from creative, empathetic approaches.
Course objective
This course equips educators and trainers with theatre-based tools to foster empathy, emotional growth, and inclusive communication. Participants will learn how to create emotionally supportive learning environments for all learners, especially those with special educational needs, using creative and expressive methods.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Recognize and navigate emotions effectively in educational contexts;
- Foster empathy and perspective-taking among learners;
- Strengthen verbal and non-verbal communication for trust and connection;
- Apply theatre-based strategies for emotional regulation and resilience;
- Design inclusive, creative activities that improve classroom dynamics.
