Target group
This course is designed for school principals, deputy principals, educational managers, and teachers in leadership roles, or those aspiring to such positions, within pre-university education across Europe.
Course objective
This course equips educational leaders with modern management and leadership tools to address the current challenges of European schools. Emphasis is placed on developing a strategic vision, effective operational management, transformational leadership, a positive and resilient school culture, managing innovation and change, ensuring quality, and connecting with European networks.
