Target group
This course is designed for teachers, school leaders, youth workers, adult educators, citizenship education teachers, Erasmus+ coordinators, and other professionals interested in promoting European values, democratic participation, and active citizenship within their schools and communities.
Course objective
This course equips educators with practical tools to promote European values, democratic participation, intercultural dialogue, and active citizenship. Participants will explore innovative methods for helping learners understand their rights and responsibilities as European citizens while fostering inclusion, tolerance, and social cohesion.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the core values of the European Union and their relevance in education;
- Promote active citizenship and democratic participation among learners;
- Develop activities that encourage intercultural dialogue and social inclusion.
