Target group
This course is designed for teachers, trainers, school leaders, and professionals in school, adult, and youth education, as well as child welfare and student support staff who want to build safer, bully-free learning environments.
Course objective
This course empowers educators and school professionals with essential tools to identify, prevent, and address bullying and violence in educational settings. Through evidence-based strategies and interactive activities, participants will learn to create safe, inclusive, and genuinely respectful learning environments for all students.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the impact of bullying and violence on students and school communities;
- Gain practical skills to prevent, identify, and intervene in bullying situations;

• Practicing mediation and restorative justice approaches
