Target group
This course is designed for adult educators, trainers, NGO staff, youth workers, social workers, community facilitators, career counsellors, and other professionals working with vulnerable groups and adult learners who want to foster entrepreneurial and social skills.
Course objective
This course empowers adult educators and trainers to foster entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, creativity, collaboration, and social responsibility among adult learners. Participants will explore practical methods and strategies to support employability, social inclusion, active citizenship, and community engagement through entrepreneurship education and non-formal learning approaches.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the principles of entrepreneurial mindset and social entrepreneurship in adult education;
- Apply practical methods that encourage initiative, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving;
