Target group
This course is designed for adult educators, NGO staff, trainers, librarians, and community educators who want to understand and confidently use Artificial Intelligence tools within their everyday teaching and organisational practice.
Course objective
This course introduces adult educators to the practical use of Artificial Intelligence in planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities. Participants will learn how to use AI responsibly, address ethical challenges, improve accessibility, and integrate AI tools into adult education while maintaining critical thinking and human-centred learning.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Use AI for preparation and resource creation;
- Explain AI in simple terms to adults;
- Assess ethical risks;

• Mapping of current uses of AI in daily life.
Day 2
Practical Use for Materials and Planning
• Prompt practice for lesson planning.
• Drafting of an activity or handout with AI support.
• Review and improvement of generated materials.
Day 3
AI for Inclusion and Differentiation
• Task on adapting materials for different learner needs.
• Discussion of accessibility and language simplicity.
• Practice creating alternatives for mixed-ability groups.
Day 4
Ethics, Privacy, and Fact-Checking
• Case discussion on bias and privacy.
• Source-checking exercise for AI-generated output.
• Group reflection on responsible use.
Day 5
Workflows, Action Planning, and Peer Exchange
• Building a simple personal AI workflow.
• Sharing of useful tools and prompts.
• Final implementation planning and evaluation.
