Target group
This course is designed for teachers, trainers, youth workers, and multipliers in school, adult, and youth education, including NGOs and companies, who want to build stronger, more collaborative teams.
Course objective
This course empowers educators to build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively in educational settings. Through interactive activities and practical strategies, participants will discover how to create strong, supportive teams and positive group dynamics in the classroom, staffroom, and beyond.
