Target group
This training is designed for adult educators, NGO project staff, sustainability coordinators, community trainers, and Erasmus+ project managers who want to embed environmental responsibility into daily practice, project planning, and organisational culture, whether they work in formal education, non-formal learning, or community-based environmental initiatives.
Course objective
This course helps educators, project managers, and organisations translate sustainability principles into practical actions within Erasmus+ projects and everyday organisational practice. Participants will explore GreenComp competences, environmentally responsible project management, low-cost sustainability initiatives, and practical tools for creating measurable environmental impact.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Apply GreenComp-inspired principles;
- Design low-budget sustainable activities;
- Plan eco-events and green mobilities;
- Develop practical action plans for organizational sustainability.
Why choose this course?
Sustainability often remains a checkbox exercise rather than a lived practice. This course turns it into concrete action through hands-on tools, simple audits, and transferable methods for real organisational change, helping participants move beyond theory toward practical, low-cost solutions they can implement right after returning to their organisations.
Our trainers
Trainers with backgrounds in sustainability education, green project design, and community-based environmental action bring practical, field-tested experience from real Erasmus+ projects, combining academic knowledge with case studies, hands-on facilitation methods, and tools tailored specifically to adult learners and diverse organisational contexts.
