- Design action plans for strengthening democratic participation in their institutions.
Why choose this course?
Schools play a vital role in preparing young people to become active, responsible, and engaged citizens. Democratic competences are best developed through authentic participation rather than theory alone. This course provides practical tools and European examples to help schools build cultures of trust, dialogue, inclusion, and shared responsibility.
Our trainers
Experts in educational leadership, democratic education, youth participation, citizenship education, school governance, and European educational projects, bringing hands-on experience supporting schools across Europe in building more participatory, inclusive, and democratically engaged learning communities.
